i think it’s because you’re not near their “estimated time”(it’s based on the times they have to process)

Because its being rolled out and doesn’t work yet and its more for 2023 filers probably I’m guessing. Ive heard people go from months to weeks then to “your case is taking longer than expected“

ok thanks guys! I’ve been waiting 314 days (almost a year) and i hope this doesnt mean I am not even close to their estimated time 😭

what I-130 category are you filed for? and what service center is your case at?

LPR filing for spouse. my case was at NBC (lee’s summit, MO), then I moved to CA and it is currently processing at San Jose field office. I filed 130 and 485 concurrently on Dec 16

so many people around my time have this “processing tab” and that is scaring me to death that I don’t have it. i keep thinking maybe I am so off and far away from the finish line that I don’t even see that estimation in my account

I have a same thing it’s show estimated time “ your case is taking longer than expected “ I seen this on my case for couple weeks but I don’t know why I submitted my husband case is December 28 2020 please pray for me 😢😢I didn’t get any information from uscis pray for me I can get approval soon

the processing time is not even accurate so don’t stress yourself over it.

@mehwish I’ve read comments of people calling uscis and saying the processing time is inaccurate best you can see is estimated processing times by service center and category approvals tend to be between 3months before or after that date

@Mary Fary I might be wrong but that extra processing times tab might only be for consular processing.
