How come some cases get a decision faster then other cases who have been waiting over 600 days. Do they skip cases. cause they certainly don’t process them as they come.

there doesn’t seem to be any logic to it. I studied it for a year and a half for fun and I came to the conclusion that it’s pretty random. wishing you the best @jenn epp

They do skip cases sometimes and there are some news articles about it. There could also be a problem where they can’t get information back from something. It is very troubling that this processs takes so long at all. Illegal immigration takes priority for USCIS according to their website most resources are allocated to getting them processed.
