Employed or not the I-864 is to be filled out with your information. Your dad would be your household member sponsor and if his income is not enough then you have to get a joint sponsor. If not they will send you an RFE

YOU have to fill out the i-864 regardless of enough income. if your DAD is a household member, he has to fill out i-864A (not i-864). YOU also have to submit your OWN wage and income transcript from 2021 from the IRS website, on the bottom right. (we just got an RFE for that even tho we submitted w-2’s and tax returns for both my husband and his mom as my sponsor!) even if you don’t make enough to sponsor him. your dad has to do the same.

it depends, do you live with him? then it needs to be i864A, but if you dont live with him it’s i864
