@Maria Kaprin The whole thing is on uscis website under news section. I read it and honestly it doesn't look much different, also I think it said they are focusing more on other physical evidence of abuse ets and making affidavits less important.

@Leo B I did checked the official website!!!! I found it genuine required to tighten up . because the fraud cases are pilling up in pillar and we the genuine once suffered before the Vawa filling and later we suffered in waiting line were other cut through shorts with expedite and all other dramas!!!! I am tired and have faith in new system policy for people like us !!!!

@Daniel P Hey just to clear this up I think you misunderstood. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO RESIDE WITH YOUR SPOUSE AT THE TIME YOU FILE YOUR PETITION AND YOU CAN ALREADY BE DEVORCED. But the abuse has to happen during qualifying marriage. SORRY FOR ALL CAP 😁
