anyone here tried using the online service tool to make an inquiry on their case to uscis? has it helped your case to process any faster? Do they normally respond to the inquiry?

Hi, I’ve spoken to a live agent. They can give you info on your case but it does not influence the processing time.

on line or live agent I tried over 20 times each way in the past 30 months , it never help abt speed up your case . The live agent told you the status just exactly what you could see at your on line account , nothing more . The enquiry on line sometime reply in a date , sometime after a month . very annoying and big torture .
