USCIS for I-130 15.5 months
so now they have extended once again the I-130 to 15.5 months, our Gov agencies are broken, this country gets worse and worse every single day. I am US citizen and been waiting for 15 months now and no approval. you try to talk to someone and all they do is shut you down with no help at all.

What service center is your case at? I'm from June 14th at Texas and still waiting. But they just started approving cases from the first days of July. And there are still cases from mid June that haven't been approved, with no reason, no RFE, nothing

there is no accountability at all . they can move the processing time and raise the fees as much as they want without any control

well USCIS is giving priority to undocumented persons living in the US illegally for years.. and us doing it the legal way, we can wait, right?

@C C right?! and meanwhile everytime I cross US border in an airport I'm nervous they deny entry and sent me back to my country with a ban even I have no plan to overstay and overpass rules š
it's like gov forget their own rules, overstaying your visa (or no visa) for +80 days ? 3 years ban, +1 year ? 10 Years ban, it's not a GG reward

@Ivy Vn yikes, Iām a June 28, 2023 filer and feel skipped. I was talking to 5+ June 28 filers and 3 of them got approved last week. I donāt know how USCIS does thisā¦. itās absolutely ridiculous. we should all legit start bringing our spouses here illegally. seems like the government would process our case in 2 weeks if we were illegals rather than being dumb enough to be good citizens and doing things the right way.
