so I made an expedite request to USCIS and I made a follow up and today I got email saying I should hear about about my inquiry in the next 30 days or notice of further action. is it positive?
any experience? please share with me

I made an inquiry due my i765 is outside the normal processing time (359 days still waiting), they said me to wait 30 business days for a response

sadly it isn’t positive nor negative. I received the same email and then they denied my request. they are heartless. I requested to expedite mine to be able to go home and bury my older sister who passed. according to them that’s not an important reason to expedite my case 🙄. I’ve since been approved however I’ve missed being able to be there with my family during the hard times.
