USCIS denied of my I-485 (which is based on approved WAVA I-360) because I didn't submit my medical exam. I thought and was told multiple times that I can bring it on interview.
Can someone explain me why such a thing happened? im about to submit an appeal (form I-280B). but it's just bizarre. Why every lawyer said that I can bring medical exam to interview. but they declined my case. only because I didn't submit medical exam before interview

Weird. I took my medical to my interview and gave to the immigration officer

first I advice you check under your Document in your account,mail box or Lawyer office for RFE for medical,if none has been sent,go through denial letter again to be sure you been denied for Medical,because you can't be denied for medical if they never initially requested for it " AS FAR AS I KNOW"

it’s always best to send everything needed just to be on the saved side I did with mines just waiting on approval

So he sent you an Rfe letter so that you send them your medical file, you didn't do it...

if this is the case, you can appeal, they will reopen your case, and if they refuse, you will be forced to reapply... it's not big problem, you did not respect their requests.

@Dmytro Dmytro we are in the same boat🙈 I made an appeal. Waiting 8 months already😫
Basically you should follow the instructions of USCIS. If they told you to send —-> you send, if they told you to bring it —> you bring. No initiative😊

@Dmytro Dmytro I am sure they have sent you an RFE which you missed. They don’t just deny i485 for no reason. It’s true you can bring your medicals during interview or if USCIS sends you a letter to send the medicals in which case there is no interview.
