@Yas I How do you know and how old is the cases? I’m wondering if they issue all the old cases, can they just jump big to the end of 2021 or the beginning of 2022

@Yas I In 2022 there are a bunch of EB3 unskilled got Green Cards has PD in 2020 and 2021 got the Green card, I know it because they are all my friends applied for this category, I’m wondering how it can be this slow even for EB2

we got 46k conselor only cases add aos then u know why vb is not moving. will take good 2yrs to reach end of 2021

@Y A in 2018, 2019 the processing time is 1-2 years for most applicant, now it is 4-5 years

@T N as u see on that link we are luck that our pd is not that bad 2yrs is nth. ppl filing now or in after nov 2023 have to wait 6-7yrs. from nov 2022 to 23 cases have doubled. another thing for long wait time is 7% cap not being applied to each category but overall family+ebs. so that is why in last FY u saw 2200 visa for veitnam. so take ur 5yrs ead be prepared to wait and enjoy ur life.

@Y A of course but by the time they submit their I-485 their wait are shorter than us, they just have to wait to submit the form but 2021 people have to work 2-3 years long which is pretty brutal

@T N nah ur thinking this too seriously u can easily change employers work multiple jobs this is much easier to handle than waiting for 4-5yrs to get ead u have to keep maintaining ur f1.

@Y A if you have good financial funding, keeping F1 is easier than go to work like this
