USCIS committed to use all the Green Card available in 2024
I wonder if they use all the available green card in 2024, why it only advances 2 months this fiscal year? USCIS said they finish 10 million backlogs, so it makes sense that PD should advance faster? I’m so tired of the waiting, anyone knows any good signs please share.

@Yas I How do you know and how old is the cases? I’m wondering if they issue all the old cases, can they just jump big to the end of 2021 or the beginning of 2022

@Yas I In 2022 there are a bunch of EB3 unskilled got Green Cards has PD in 2020 and 2021 got the Green card, I know it because they are all my friends applied for this category, I’m wondering how it can be this slow even for EB2

@Y A in 2018, 2019 the processing time is 1-2 years for most applicant, now it is 4-5 years

@Y A of course but by the time they submit their I-485 their wait are shorter than us, they just have to wait to submit the form but 2021 people have to work 2-3 years long which is pretty brutal

@Y A if you have good financial funding, keeping F1 is easier than go to work like this
