also your statement appears wrong that USCIS is “claiming”. they just need proof which you can easily provide.

with same reason they denied mine i never left USA they did not ask me for RFE and there system says i left the country SMH

You just have to prove to them that you were in the country, no need to panic. It could be a system glitch which happens sometimes. All the best to you.

Affidavits won't work at this stage... if you have a medical bill from July 20th- August 2nd or a bill with your name on it on that same date- wherever in the US- Another thing that will work is to call any International Airport and let them print you something that says you didn't take any international flights.Good luck

if you are working, print out your schedule that shows you were on the clock on that day, before the day and after that day.

@cesar Zuniga when they say " show proof of your presence on that day" you have to show previous days, that day, and the day after. Not just the day after... because you can be out of the country and just come the day of your appointment. That's why I said if you have any proof starting July 20th- August 2nd, that would be great

send photocopies of your passport page! that’s the best. if you traveled out with a foreign passport it needs to be stamped at port of entry. send copies of your passport pages!
