USCIS asking for duplicate evidence
USCIS has issued an RFIE for my I-130, after the RFIE for medicals for I-485. However, the I-130 RFIE asks for documents that have ALL been provided. Has anyone experienced this?

@k v This happens from time to time…just resend the documents you sent with the initial application. You can also send newer evidence. this is an indicator that they wanna approve you without an interview

@Rocco Forté thanks for that. we actually do have additional evidence we can provide (new car in both our names, extra insurance etc.)
