USCIS appears to be on sabbatical
as the title says, uscis is barely doing any work.
there is no accountability and no insight available on what is going on with a pending i485
this is uscis unofficial and dirty way to slow down immigration.

even if Apis are up and running, 3800 cases were transferred from Texas service center to NBC during December 2023. barely 10% of them got RFE or approvals, what is going on with rest of cases?
