that’s a long time 😢

saw that they are giving interview to people who were DQ from Feb-May 2021 they are very behind

i can’t imagine how long it will take for people like me who got DQ last month I have an almost 2 year old son this visa process is taking forever because of Covid delays

my case is at NVC and waiting for interview letter

and I am documentarily qualified since March 2022 and my case was approved 27 November 2021

waqar yea my husband case we are also waiting for interview letter but Islamabad is very behind I’m praying things will speed up InshaAllah

Waqar how much it takes ,nvc to approve after uscis send it to nvc?

itx lawyer it took my case one year to get approved by uscis took 4 months for nvc to accept all documents. now waiting for interview letter

mine is waiting 9 months now

NVC takes at least 4 months to approve documents..

they normally take 2 an half month to receive resubmitted documents

@ hina My brother and I are going through same process nvc request 2021 tax returns he submitted his tax return almost 2 months ago and nvc still has not reviewed them.

Hina yea I submitted documents in April and then I resubmitted in June and they approved it in August so yea like 2-3 months

@Aysha A my Husband is waiting for his in Australia, his DQ April and we are following Facebook page where it seems only 2/3 people got interview from CR1/IR1 which is really frustrating. they gave and giving and K1 visas.

Dq apr 23 2020. Still waiting for interview schedule in Islamabad. I receive an email from nvc every 60 days or so saying that nvc has received all of your documents and waiting for interview.. Below is the email i get every 60 days. This notice is to inform you that your case for an immigrant visa is documentarily complete at the National Visa Center (NVC) and has been since 23-Apr-2020. NVC has received all of the fees, forms and documents required prior to attending an immigrant visa interview. Your petition is awaiting an interview appointment. At this time, no further action is required. We appreciate your patience. Your case will remain at NVC until an appointment is scheduled, at which time we will send it to the appropriate U.S. Embassy or Consulate General. We will notify the applicant, petitioner, and attorney (if applicable) when an appointment is scheduled. The U.S. Embassy or Consulate tells NVC which dates they are holding interviews. NVC fills these appointments on a first-in, first-out basis and is unable to predict when an interview will be scheduled.
