US citizens I-130 application (Oversea) Questions
I filed a I-130 application for my spouse last on Dec’24. I haven’t see any movement on my case. Any insight from anyone when can I expect the case to move forward? its almost been one year now.

I also filed an I – 130 application for my spouse last year November 18. I was looking at the USCIS website to check on timeline updates and I was at one week estimated time and then the timeframe disappeared and now it’s” your case is taking longer than expected, but it’s still within the normal processing times” I’m in the same boat as you just patiently waiting for God to make a miracle 🙏🏼🙏🏼🥹

The wait time for USCIS to approve your |-130 is 14 months, maybe for JAN or FEB you get an approval.
