I am the parent of a USC my son filed for me all forms at once July 20th 2020 just got biometric Feb 12th 2021. nothing has been fast

I can see that a lot has change,the processing is getting slower and slower,but I've seen cases got approver in about a 1 week are two so I'm wondering why.but all we can do is pray for the best j2020/21

keezy carr yeah they do approve ppl i-130 fast I think its base on the oder it came in an who is looking at the case,just have to pray..

keezy carr Potomac use to be the service center that process case the fastest,now they moving slow smh,email uscis about ur case to get a update from dem,I'm giving them until June to get in touch with them if I dont hear from them about my mom i-130 case,a i-130 dont takes yrs to approve it takes 5 to 7 months for the i130 to approve the longest waiting is at the NVC

when my husband file for me back in 2015 my entire case took 10 months for completion,an my son to 9 months

Esther, based on your filing date 02/24/2021 and with current backlogs, it might take atleast 9-12 months in USCIS, then 3-6 months in NVC if everything goes smoothly.

I files i130 i485 i765 I 944 I 864 all at once for a quicker and smoother process and I am in the U.S.A.. Biometrics are taking an average of 7 months or more to get. so imagine the rest of the green card process.

Good luck, currently they are looking into Aug 2020 applications, so your turn is few months away! Hopefully there won’t be an RFE to delay it further more.

I'm praying for everyone to have a fast processing on there petition,may God go before us an touch who ever it is review each document an put it in for approval in jesus name,we got to trust God work an timing..

I called uscis an talk to a representative an she was ok,I ask about my mom cause an she told be to wait till September for her i-130 to get approve its gonna take five to seven months for Nebraska service center to process those case.an she also say it's still fresh so give them time because things is moving slow at the moment but they are working hard to get case approve
