Us citizens filed for step kids 230 days ago nothing USCIS 1 of the child live in a bad area back home how can I expedite the child case?

You can try to submit expedite request to USCIS or local Congress inquiry. Or also you can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"

@A J I did the expedite 6 days ago I called them they said I will get a response from them within 10 days so let’s see 🤷🏼
