Here is something to consider. You said your mum just came but it recommended you do not apply for her until 60days have passed. It can be considered to be a misrepresentation.

Also if you are applying for an adjustment of status you could have sent everything together.

Did you clear the 90-days? look up the 90 days rule regarding adjustment of status

When you say “Just came” how long was it you must at least wait 90 + days before to do any movement for adjustment off status… I hope you did it.
