URGENT QUESTION
My father petitioned me and he is a permanent resident, when they approved the case I was already of legal age, I am 23, and the case was accepted when I was 20, my age in CSPA is 20 years and less than 2 monthsThe point is: it is viable that I be demoted to a minor in the NVC or is there a chance that they will still keep me as an adult?
