be patient your card is coming

be patient sometimes it takes 2 weeks to come

it took me 2 weeks to get my EAD card after approval notice. and you’ve got the holiday that may slow down everything as well. give it another week before you worry. also my status didn’t update to card sent until a week AFTER I received it.

we have similar case, just patiently wait for your green card this is the final stage no more worries we’re approved already….

@w s you mean you received your EAD card without any prior notice that the post office picked it up with tracking number and just found it in your mail box....Wow Though i read on REDDIT that it does happen I'm just worried on what could be causing the delay

if the beneficiary might be invited for another bio just go and do it again. even you receive your card

it updated to card produced a week after I got the approval letter but it didn’t update to card sent until a week or two after I received it. I got it in the mail 2 weeks after the approval letter was in documents. to this day it still says my card was picked up by the post office… 7 months later.

@D D my dad is in the same situation . approved Dec 9 and still no green card . I chatted with a representative from Uscis and they said if he doesn’t receive it by Jan 9 which is 30 days after approval that we can submit a request online . also they won’t close your I-495 case until they’ve delivered your green card . and the I-130 case is closed because it has been approved so there’s nothing to worry about

@D D well im in same situation my i 485 was approved on sep 26 2023 and my card was produced on october 3 2023 is been 90 days of waiting my lowier send to inquired on line and the request has to be by regular mail signing by me and still waiting to have a físical gc🥲

@acm c 😳😳😳 I'm utterly shocked and so sorry to hear this.That's a long wait.Have you tried calling the 800****** phone number in your approval letter to find out why.Once it hits 30days for me I'm making the cal I could understand about the holiday break as reason for the delay but by this week most Federal employees are going back to work Please🙏 call them as that's what I'll also do once it hits 30days

@D D i did call 800****** but they talk me i have to send the inquiere to nebraska center so we did and now just ☹️ waiting 🙏

UPDATE.... Card found delivered in mail box No tracking number,no post office picked up your new card I saw the package and immediately called out...not going to work today but just celebrate Infact checking case online now it's still stuck at card being produced and i-485 says case closed.....what a 😮‍💨relief Thanks to everyone in this community and hoping everyone gets approved
