Urgent help please Adjustment under INA- 245 (advice needed)
My I-130 is approved but I received this letter for my form I-485 after RFE denied has anyone ever received this Notice “ when you filed your application, you were present in the United States contrary to law. you are not authorized to remain. I am aylsee with legal status before I applied for adjustment of status with a green card’ any advice please! this seems urgent. it’s saying you have 33 days to leave but i lived here 37 years to reconsider I need file form I-290B. any good lawyer recommendations.

get a lawyer asap, try Jim hacking, he got a YouTube channel and do free immigration answer almost everyday, I think he has one today central time 2pm or 2:30. i am not his client but I watch his show everyday. and def consult with different lawyers and find the one is most knowledgeable and care for their clients
