write to uscis the lock box which you sent your application to explaining things to them. it nothing to worry about, besides the first one has being received so noting much to worry it already in the database they can’t even have two different cases at same time

Just keep telling the robot that you want to speak to an agent. you should call between the hours of 8Am to 4Pm

if your mode of payment for the second set was check then I will suggest put a hold on that, this way your payment will not go through and second application will be rejected.

I sent in all those also dec 31 I didn’t sent in i944 they sent me back everything including the money order. I corrected the package sent it for one day shipping ups feb 18 up to now it’s telling me it’s in transit tried calling ups numerous times nothing what should i do don’t want to sent in duplicate money order is in the first package. or it be a case it reach ups still saying in transit?

Latoya, sorry to hear about this. To be honest my original package is still saying in transit when I track it at this moment even though it was delivered over a month ago. You really never know with UPS sometimes. I followed up with a duplicate package because I didn’t want to take the risk of it not being delivered since they said it was lost. I wouldn’t want to tell you exactly what to do with this one since it’s really a gamble based on UPS at this point but you can possibly use my situation to make your decision. Sorry I’m unable to tell you exactly what to do.

I got a message this morning from ups saying package is at Chicago post office why they collect express money have the package so long smh
