Uploaded documents-are they seen?
Hello everyone. When you add additional evidence online, how do you let the officers know that? I added extra evidence but an agent told me to send a message online. However, I'm not seeing an appropriate subject to choose. Anyone experienced this? I filed with paper but they uploaded the application and it's now IOE. I'm afraid they'll not look at them when reviewing my case unless I email them. I tired calling again but no luck. I also corrected and uploaded questions 61 to 69d of form 485 and need to email about that, too. That one will get an RFE if not seen when reviewing. Thanks!

there is an option of unsolicited evidence under documents tab of your online account. simply upload evidence there and then go to service request under that you can write details about your evidence then they will definitely get all the required documents you want them to see.

@Munawar Saeed Awesome! Service request is situated where? Top or bottom of online account page? Is it different from inbox? I will check later! Thank you!

when you click Menu button on your page you will see an option with tools. click on tools then you will see option of service request. you can also use the link I have shared.
