What is your December PP upgrade date? Remember to count only business days and consider adding about a week due to the latest delays. (I’ve read that it takes about 45-55 business days now on forums, sometimes a bit longer and some apply for the refund)

I applied my PP in Jan 27 2025. My email stated that they would adjudicate my case in 15 business days. I knew it was wrong. The official timeline is 45 business days. But I took the opportunity to send an email to them asking which one was right.. then I also said that it's been a long wait... bla bla bla. They got back to me saying that my case was on day 16 of 45 and it was on track. Although I am from Australia, I was born in Brazil.
