how to upgrade i485 f2a to cr1
My wife became citizen last year august and while my i130 already approved, I tried to upgrade 485 for which my lawyer sent letter 2 times in sept and then nov 2023 to uscis nbc, but upon checking with uscis on call recently its still showing f2a. representatives on call only says to send letter but cannot themselves take request to upgrade case. I wanted to know if there is anything I can do other than just sit and waiting until f2a becomes current. please help if anyone knows anything. Thanks!
