how u did the update, i have done one time for a friend, but i send a file contains the us passport and letter to explain that he already been a usc, then mailed it to the same service center which process the i-130, after 2 weeks he got the approval

i wrote in the invlove that i mailed , i-130 upgrade

it seems like your service center is Potomac. call us uscis agent to know if your case is still in Potomac because lately cases in Potomac are being transferred to another service centre

in our case it was 1,5 months to be updated and I130 approved on the same day as they updated the category

@Joey A no just the k3 form,E-Notice form, NOA1, Marriage certificate
