When did you submit? Which Service Center?

when did you submit your paper ?

you need to bring pictures with you and your spouse and family together , joint bank account , life insurance, joint taxes , lease , etc stuff to show legitimacy of marriage.

I'm divorced ,I filed I-751 under divorce .I submitted in May 2024,and Nebraska is my service center .what documents can I take with me ?I also want to know if they're going to send me the interview notice to my mailbox since I still don't when it is due.

@lebeni blessing did you file n400 along with i751 ? Coz its very unusual to get the interview for i751 by itself they don’t tell u the date online U or ur lawyer will receive the interview letter in the mail But good luck tho hope u get it thru

I didn't say they gave me the interview date,my case shows "scheduled interview",and they say they will send me the notice to me in my mail box to keep me posted date and time.I didn't file N-400.what you mean by"you don't get interview for I-751 by itself?" be clear friend.and thanks

That’s right You will receive the notice in the mail for date and time. what am sayin is they never do standalone interview for i751 its very rare may be 1% even tho its a waiver am in the same boat filed i751 waiver but so far no updates its been over 10months so far on my best research I never seen any i751 standalone interviews on any forum they all did with n400 but let me know how it goes makesure u bring everything with u

Make sure you take all the evidences from i485 days lease papers, tx returns, transcripts, pics u and her + with family pics, travelling trip pics hotels tickets together, affadivit from her family and your family, statements joint bank accounts and credit cards + authorized card pics letter from the banks, picture of mail box names together, bills light internet together insurances together renter insurances if u took any sessions to save ur marriage certified copies and bills well I submitted more than that in my case around 25k papers its was a huge bundle thru lawyer so be prepared to tell them why did the divorce happen ans what u did the best to save take whatever u have with you

Lebeni, do you have an online account, if you do, you can go to the document tab and you’ll find the interview notice and start preparing rather than waiting a lil longer for it in the mail
