It’s very shocking. If you can’t afford PP then you can only wait. My PD is 10/1/2024. I am still waiting

I am also waiting since 1st February 2024. Seriously don’t know why they are not reviewing the normal processing cases. It’s getting so frustrating.

864 days passed and the status changed to “still processing” and we r still waiting. The strange thing is two of us filed on the same day and one got RFE in November 2025, and I am still waiting.

@mr AHB the one with RFE, is that in texas or Nebraska service center

a colleague of mine, very similar processing as mine (similar date, office & country) and she got approved. So there’s hope!

PD Jan 10 2024, RFE on Oct 2024. 495 days since they received my response but no answer until today. AOS submitted on Nov 2025, finger print very fast 2 weeks later but I still waiting for the approval. Texas Service Center. This is super frustrating. I’m emotionally destroyed by all this almost 3yr of wait. It’s not been easy cause we all are trying to did things correctly but this wait hurts.

i am sorry to hear about all of you. We are in the same boat. Hopefully we get news soon.

@I A i don't think u will get AOS approve untill ur 140 is approved. right?

@M A she got her I 140 approved end of May. her timeline was the same as mine. PD was Feb 1,2024 and she got RFE in Jan 2026 then submitted what they wanted March 2026 and got approved May 2026.

@M A Correct but I can receive the EAD while waiting as my spouse received EAD and travel permit last month.

Did any one of you check the status? mine changed from “still processing” to “currently processing”… I guess no change in the two, you guys also check plz

m@mr AHB mine updated with the same status “currently processing”. I’ve seen many people have received the same update. Dunno if it means they’re really reading our papers now. Hope we all get an answer soon. My PD is 03/25/24.
