@baltimore I know how you feel our case is almost identical I have a removal case too in Baltimore it started in 2019 only difference is my i130 is still in process but when it’s approved I intend to terminate with the court because I just found out that master hearing was moved again and I don’t have future court date so who know when the will reschedule. it’s so frustrating

yes it’s so frustrating me my i130 was approved since March 2021 I ask my lawyer this to file a motion termination with the court for me to adjust my status with uscis I can anymore

you lawyer fuck up he should have terminate you hearing i am very sure they monthly phosphone you hearing when it is 1 month to the date . they did the same to me 3 times now my hearing is June 2023 I am just waiting for approval my i130 I am filling with uscis there u can have timeline and talk to pple here but with immigration judge you are on ur own . tell your lawyer to file with uscis

I am sorry to hear that. I am in a similar situation. My court date is in July 2022 and now I am just thinking I should try to terminate. It is so hard to wait for so long and then just have your court date rescheduled.

Yeah it is already approved. I wanted to adjust in court because my lawyer said it would be the faster option. Now I’m not so sure if they are rescheduling court dates again.

Every case is different, I'm also in removal proceedings: I received my GC 01/31 I had my master hearing on 10/19 and my individual hearing is set to 08/2023, the judge moved it so far down to give me time to get the green card. My lawyer will make a motion Monday Feb 7th with the immigration judge to dismissed my removal proceedings case as I have a better remedy ( i485 & i-130 approved) It should be fast because it is just pro forma. No decision has to be made.

Me to I had a master hearing 10/19 since COVID-19 my case it’s rescheduled for 2022 .I supposed to have my master hearing on February 25/2022 .I see the judge was rescheduled again for July 2022 my i130 was approved and my i485 still pending I was telling my lawyer this morning to file a motion for me to terminate my case because I can’t wait anymore I can’t working in this country I can’t do nothing If every years my case keep rescheduled how I can have my green card is stressful

I first did an interview for I-130 and I-485 and they only approved the I-130

when you aply what service center pickup your case my case is in Texas service center but when I receive it my termination letter I was send again at Texas service center but Texas isn’t not my field office my field office is Baltimore . Do you think I supposed to send my termination letter at my field office again

yes u were suppsed to send the termination letter to your local field office only if u already had your interview. for me I already had interview and it went great. they just wanted me to terminate my removal proceedings to approve my case.

so if u already had an interview for the I-130 I believe you should send the termination letter to your local field because Texas service center no longer have your files. once they received the termination letter they would approved your green card
