personally I think you should wait until they send an RFE - you don’t want to overwhelm them or delay the process. maybe they won’t even need more evidence, but they definitely will send an RFE if more evidence is needed.

they have that option there for a reason! it won’t affect anything send as much as you can

send as much evidence as you can, the easier you make it for them the easier they make it for you. but don’t just add evidence one by one. send every possible evidence u can

I uploaded relevant unsolicited evidence every 3 months or so. My case was from Nov 2022. They approved my case last week with no RFE. From my experience, I think it’s a good thing to upload unsolicited evidence. It doesn’t delay your case more (since most cases are already delayed).

Hi @Kiki Gonzalez From my experience, I think it’s favourable to upload as much evidence as you can. I personally provided a great amount of evidence and my approval came without any rfe.
