mines is 247 no update my husband lawyer say don’t upload cuz they might ask or they might not asked if them see the marriage not solid that’s wen they request for more evidence so let’s hope n pray we hear something soon 8 months n still waiting🤲🏻

From my experience, I think updating my file with some unsolicited evidence caused them to actively review my file. I was waiting for 12 months without being actively reviewed and got my AR1 one week after I uploaded more evidence.

I saw someone who uploaded unsolicited evidences and was approved 2 weeks after uploading. I don't think it has any negative impact on the case, some lawyers recommend it and others don't, but if you have a solid evidence that you didn't submit at the beginning (bank account or plane ticket), don't wait to receive an RFE, it can also delay the case.

don’t listen to anyone saying dont, DO IT! that’s there for a reason, if you can stregenth your case adding more evidence then DO IT, don’t wait for them to have to ask you for more shit, don’t make their job so hard, that’s why some people’s cases get delayed so much, one more time DONT HESITATE, DO IT!! i did it too & a lot of people done it

@JL VLV I got approved within 6 months, and that unsolicited tab was my best friend, to prove bonifide marriage, I upload new photos, driver license with the same address on it, medical and insurance, joint bank statements; I didn't wait for them to ask, I did what was needed at the time and got approved with a waived interview
