Hello,
I need your advice please. My 130 was approved 59 days ago, and I still have no news of my 485 which is being reviewed and has been awaiting a decision for 59 days as well.
On the day of my interview, I wasn't working yet and didn't have a paystub even though I'd had my work permit for 7 months.
I've found a job in another state, but I go home every Thursday night and return to work on Sunday.
I received my first paystub today. But question is, can I send it as an unsolicited evidence? Is it good proof?

Did the officer request your pay stub during the interview?

they don’t care about your job. Thats not proof for anything. try not to stress. I had 46 days. it will come one of these days out the blue.

after I did my interview I was waiting more then 6 months and I don’t Receive any thing yet.

My I-130 was approved July 1st still waiting for I-485, sure it’ll come at some point. I try not to think about it again 😅
