unrestricted EAD?
Hi,
my family and I recently received our EAD cards that are linked to our I-485. Are those types of EAD unrestricted? Can my husband get any job or there are restrictions? For example, can he do Uber if he wants? P.s. he is not the petitioner

some state or government jobs will require you to be a permanent resident or citizen, to do Uber your drivers License have to be at least a year no traffic violations . I’m replying based on my experience

@god bless or US passport as a secondary ID. I thought the EAD was enough.

Uber can not ask for a green card or US passport because it is against the law. Second document might be any other passport you have

you should be able to work wherever you want, with the exemption of jobs that require US citizenship.
