Understanding the Visa Buletin and Priority Date
Hello my fellow immigrants! I've seen a few questions around the priority date (PD), and I've had them myself. The answer to what it is is not always straightforward as it depends on a few things. So, I found this link, which I will also put in the comments for easy access, explaining what the PD is and other few things. This is based on the green card application and the Visa Buletin. so that’s mean that we which have us passports applying for sposa or kids don’t need to check visa bulletin am I right

olti - that's how I understood it, yes. no backlog in that case, and therefore a faster process since there is no waiting time. 🙂
