U visa takes longer,I have submitted for 5years now am still waiting for Bona-fide EAD to be approved.

when did you apply for your bonafide ? I applied in May 2023 since we didn’t do it at the beginning

@i only trust in God If you don't get soon approval, fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"

I applied since 2019 and I filled with the bona-fide EAD together with my application since 2019,Just this January 11th my application was transferred to a new jurisdiction after that no update again since then.

I received my bonafide U-VIZA approval... I applied in 2022 January 3rd and I received I-765c on December 27th 2023...I sued uscis for delay and they approved...it took 3 months for litigation... Received SSN but waiting for EAD.

How did you get ssn without EAD?

I contacted my congressman and USCIS agreed to expedite my case. I hope hear something soon in less than 30 days.

In U-VIZA some will get EAD first or SSN first...I got SSN but not EAD till now its been 70 days but I don't have EAD
