Typographical error
I have filed I-140, I-485 and I-131 with all correct information and necessary documents. But last month, I received a travel document showing an incorrect date of birth. Immediately, I went through the paperworks that I submitted and date of birth was correct on all of them. My question is that can I travel with this AP even it shows wrong DOB. if not, how long does it take to reissue the updated travel document? and why do I have to pay for USCIS mistake?

no border officer is gonna look in detail at a birthday but update it if you can wait
