why did you wait so long to apply for EAD? you would have gotten it a long time

I had an attorney on my case who insisted I wait (turns out she wanted me to do it in 2 stages to charge me more for her services). It was a mistake I took too long to learn.

@Garth Gilbert please verify your EAD is C09 i.e based on pending i485. I don’t know why some lawyers play with peoples life.

yeah it is category C09. She made it seem like it was in my best interest to do it in 2 parts. I had to learn the hard way but we live and we learn. I’m just patiently waiting for my turn now
