@scaves Caves true buddy however, since the FO is far from my residence, the possibility of an interview is low. Anyways, still looking for some data to estimate the wait-time at Denver’s FO. Any experience with that?

@Karan L @tas smith NVC can be for anyone , even if inside the country. all Apps can be approved there, however majority of I485 gets sent to the local FO once they are ready to be Adjudicated and FO makes final decisions on interviews. Trust me I’m hoping mine is waived as well as yours as far as time processing go to USCIS site and check them out. If filling concurrent search for I485 time processing which is what they will go by

@scaves Caves from my understanding nvc is where international case goes after i130 is approved from the center like nbc never heard of nvc handle adjustment of status case when you file in the us ok it goes like if your in the us and can adjust your status depend on where you live it goes to one of the center the center can approved are send it to field office when you file for one out of the country which will be the i130 first after approval it is send off to nvc for future processing that's how I know it to be
