@phani cheru yes cuz a lot of fraud cases from indian nationaly they dont even let them board. and yes there are people denied on board if you have solid case no overstay nothing bad than i dont think anything gonna happen

I was travell in Feb I was come back in end of the March don’t take tnsn everything was smooth on that time

i have been traveling to india every year since 2024, no problem at all , make sure no other case pending removal etc , if you are under vawa 360 and i485 on advance parole you good to go , unless you have criminal conviction

also my friend came with me on advance parole in 2024 and 2026 , no problem at all

if you have emergency in India forget about the life in USA

@phani cheru it's totally safe to travel as long as you are not in removal or criminal case. I traveled last year and no issues.

@phani cheru how long are you going for ? I stayed in india for more than 5 months and less than 6 months and I did not had any issues coming back. I have trip almost every year since 2021 for more than 4 months.
