travelling on AP (vawa)
hey, I was wondering if anybody has used combo card for travelling to home country. Is overstay an issue? I have heard many fillers have travelled using AP (vawa) #advanceparole #vawa #AP

I have the same question. my interview date was 12/22/21. and I was told to wait for 120days. now it’s over 120days no notification. I have combo card and I want to go to home country for a month but I’m scared

@mademoiselle I was told the same thing and guess what I haven’t heard from them since 2019. I’m just enjoying my AP traveling until they are ready but who knows when they’ll be ready

yeah you can. I only go for two weeks but some of my friends would go for 2-3 months

@ye did you ever overstayed ? did you enter on B1B2 visa? I’m mean when did you get married n applied AOS?

@sam yes I overstayed, came in with F1 and I got married in 2017 and I applied for my AOS in 2017

Thanks guys - Your comments have brought back my confidence. Mine case was 2019 & interview was 2020 and no update since then but was super scared to travel. (Marriage based).

@mademoiselle I went with my paper parole and my passport. I was only asked of my house address and everything took less than 5 minutes
