Traveling with Advance Parole
Hi everyone! What are the motives for a migration officer to deny entry with Advance Parole? I cannot find detailed info online. Thanks!

I’ve traveled with AP and had a consultation with a lawyer before hand and was told that if you have a AP you can travel and not worry about not being able to come back. I traveled and was able to come back without a problem. good luck

why scared? did you have problems before?

as long you don't have felonies, crimes or was on jail ,or travel to a ban country you are good. You can be afraid in a country who you choose to be freedom .They can take you(they will actually) to a back room.It happened to me before I have my parole, with a officer who accused me of lying to US.it was not nice and the IO screamed a lot.but I know I was nothing to hide

I have no crime records. I did overstay my visa, will that give them a reason to deny my entry on advance parole?
