Hi everyone. If I have a pending OPT, i140 and i485 applications, can I use my advance parole document to travel home? Will I be needing a visa to re-enter or the document is sufficient? Thanks.

yes AP is enough..though expect additional processing at the border

no you do not visa. AP is enough. if your I-140 is still pending, what if it get adjudicated with denial while abroad?
