traveled back with AP!
Hi guys! I just came back yesterday with my combo card from a 3rd country for our honey moon. I have a pending green card through marriage and also a pending asylum. CBP officers were really nice at the Charlotte int airport, it took us like 2 minutes on secondary inspection, only asked me where I was born and which country I lived before US. My husband was with me the whole time. My only concern is that they only stamped my passport “paroled” and not my AP document, is that a mistake? 🥹

mine similar case. Asylum petition in 2021. Marriage petition August 2023. Yesterday received my combo card after 195 days. Am not sure of traveling as I was arrested due to allegation in 2020… no conviction though. Do you know anyone who got arrested and was paroled back in?

@skaa lnu if you’ve been arrested don’t travel. you can ask an immigration attorney for the best advice but I wont risk it.

I’m glad that you did not face any issues coming back. I’m also planning to travel in April kinda nervous. Having the same cases like yours.

Hi @Sam Cole and @skaa lnu I was arrested once but I have Green card. Would it be okay to travel using Refugee Travel Document?
