TRAVEL WITH ADVANCED PAROLE, HUSBAND HAS GC
EB-1 (I485) process (my husband already received his green card 4 months ago)
my AP will expire in May 2024, I never used it out of fear!
I took courage and have a trip planned for Thanksgiving to Mexico,
In December, for Christmas, I will go to Brazil with my husband! I'm moving back to DFW in DALLAS, does anyone have anything to say to reassure me or direct me?

Hi isabella, @Isabella Paula
I have the same question. did you get any feedback on that.
Is there any reason for a refusal of reentry with the advance Parole
Isabella PaulaNov 16, 2023
If you search here "advanced parole" all the experiences were positive, you cannot have a criminal record or a court record.

With the AP there should be no problem to re-entry. The only thing is that the immigration officer will check your documentation and take you to a small room, because it is a different kind of stamp in the passport. So be ready for a 20-30 minutes wait after they take you from the booth to the room.
