@T K, have you ever accrue unlawful presence, or inadmissibility, in others have ever overstay your admission before using the AP?

@ال إيمان no I came in the US legally with a F1 visa. I never lost my status and never overstayed. I hope this help

@AUG 22 I know that you can use your advance parole to travel but in your case I don’t think it’s a good idea. I may be wrong but try to contact a lawyer for advice.

please let me know for what immigration case you have applied on which behalf you have applied for advance parole?

@Shaz Man I have a pending I-485 case through marriage. I did apply for advance parole back in August of 2023 and I received my combo card 3 months later. I am married to a green card holder. I hope this helps.
