I travel with my emergency parole when coming back they take my papa per and put me in a room with other people with same parole stamp and give me back the officer said you are good to go

Do you WANT to travel or do you NEED to? Advanced Parole doesnt guarantee that you will be granted entry. I wouldn't unless it were absolutely necessary, you always run the risk of running into that one immigration officer who's trying to prove a point. Even moreso now that the election is over, they may be more emboldened.

I traveled last week with my advance parole and everything was smooth

I traveled with mine and it was zero problems. probably depends if you have some red flags going through the border normally maybe they give you a hard time but if everything is straight forward, it is FINE! enjoy a little bit of freedom

@ana ash There is always the chance they will deny you and they can. I traveled with mine (emergency). What you need to look at is if you have reasons that make you inadmissible. This includes unlawful overstays prior to marriage, criminal charges, deportation cases. I just got my 131. I am going to use it if I need to but to be honest, I am also nervous. So yes you can travel but just go over your personal history.

I traveled with mine lastweek monday.. they took me to a room secondary inspection and stamp the paper and asked a few questions and I was on my way. so GOOOOO you have a pending case walk with God's authority.
