Travel Questions
Good day everyone please I have a question, and would love some answers or opinions on this. I have recently gotten my approval advance parole document form I-512L (Authorization for parole of an alien into the United States) I would like to know if it’s possible for me to go on a cruise with no problem? or what can be required to go on a cruise successfully? or if there are certain places I can’t go to still even with that or should I just not risk it at all by going? thank you for your possible response.

@Princess ede it depends on where the cruise is going and if it’s a closed loop or an open one. closed means the cruise starts and ends within the US. while open means, starts in the US, transits through a different country n then back to the US. Visa requirements would depend on your passport.

@Shanice blue thank you Shanice. what do you mean when you say visa requirements would depend on my passport? does that mean it’ll have to be a U.S. passport? and are you saying it’ll be okay for me to go on a closed loop cruise? or will I need to get a visa if I’m trying to go on a open loop cruise? thank you

@Princess ede what Shanice is saying like if you fly from us to uk with a foreign passport that needs to have visa to enter uk, you also need to have that visa on your passport. otherwise if the country you will go with the cruise tour doesn’t require a visa for them to take you in, you’re good to go with your AP
