Travel outside US / Awaiting AP / approved L1 A
EB 1-C concurrent filing. PD Dec 2022. Received GC EAD and awaiting AP.
Meantime renewed my L1-A and have approved 797 till Dec 25.
Question- Have family emergency and need to travel to India. Can I go for L1A stamping? will that cause any issues with 485 and AP processing? anyone in similar experience?

your AP application will be abandoned other than that no issue with I-485 I guess.

@Greened Happy Thanks a lot. I got my EAD and recently renewal for L1A as well. Was waiting for AP and then finally 485. but have travel due to emergency now.
