Travel on Combo Card while in F1 OPT?
Hi all, I’ve recieved a combo card with work auth and travel. I’m deciding to visit my father in Dubai or not.
I’m working right now on F1 OPT and plan to return as a parolee so process is not abandoned. what would you recommended? anyone in same situation?

You should be good. On the way back, DHS will take you to a room to get the stamp on your passport. It was nerve-wracking, but it's part of the procedure when entering with advance parole

Also keep in mind you might loose your F1 status after using your advance parole. Try to check this before traveling

You can travel but not more than 2weeks! However keep in mind it's up to the immigration officer to decide if you can come back in the country. As long as your case is still pending you should be good. They will put you aside (in a room) to double check your case then stamp your passport for parole. Good luck!

i traveled with combo card whil on F1 opt i did 1 month back home and return with no pb no question ask ( IAH AIRPOT )
