Travel!!!?
Hi. I just submitted my i130 and i485 on monday delivered on Thursday. (by marriage). We want to travel within the US is there any problem if we do so? Do I have to wait for the i797? or is there anyway I can travel before that?

its better to wait until you have an EAD. even then our lawyer suggested to travel through plane only.

@Gilbert no true, traveling within USA, all you need is gov ID like DL or passport. it’s very unlikely you will get involved with CBP while traveling within USA

I still have my B1/B2 it expires on the 26, I actually cross my way with CBP every day I live in El Paso,Tx like 5 minutes from the wall. But Im still afraid of the check points like the at sierra blanca or the one in NM!

I have the same situation, I want to take a national flight from El Paso airport, but I don't know if I can travel by flight or by car if I am sorounded by border checkpoints in each freeway and airport LOL
